If you are a business customer or prospective business customer, Personal Information does not include your title, business address and business telephone number when we use that information to contact you in your business capacity. Further, Personal Information does not include information that is aggregated or anonymized in such a manner that it cannot be connected to you or any other User. Such information by itself or together cannot be tracked to a specific individual’s Personal Information.
Non-Personal Information
Certus Bookkeeping collects non-Personal Information (“NPI”) about Users when they interact with the Site or use our services. For example, we collect information about what site referred you to our website, your browser type, operating system type and version, language, and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. We also collect information about how you browse through our website, including logging the pages you visit and the amount of time you spend on certain pages. Certus Bookkeeping uses NPI in an ongoing effort to better understand and serve our customers and to improve the content and functionality of our Site.
